BETTER PATTERN
Share access, not copies.
If your approved vault supports credential sharing, keep the password in the vault and grant access to the person who needs it.
Remove that access when they no longer do. Where possible, the person using the credential should not even need to know what the password is.
That is stronger than repeatedly copying the same secret into different systems.
